You will have received an auto-generated username and login on the day you subscribed for service. Check SPAM folders as it may have gone there.

How to cancel service?

You can cancel in two ways:

  1. Email us at [email protected] and state your intentions to cancel service
  2. Visit your billing portal here > My Subscriptions > Click "Cancel" - there will be no more payments to us
  3. To sign up again in the future simply visit us back and follow regular signup instructions

How to change or update payment method?

You can cancel in two ways:

  1. Visit your billing portal here > My Subscriptions > Click "Change Payment" > "Use a new payment method"
  2. To sign up again in the future simply visit us back and follow regular signup instructions
