General Troubleshooting 4 "R"s for issues:

1.) refresh:
- Channels/Movies: Live TV > click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner > Select "Refresh Channels, Movies, and Series"
- EPG: Live TV > click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner > Select "Refresh TV Guide"
2.) restart device and app
3.) reinstall app and try to login again
4.) restore (factory reset) if Fire Stick and previous steps did not work and try to login again

REPORTING

If you find any sources which are looping, excessively buffering, etc., for more than one day please report at [email protected].

CHANNELS SHOWING "NO VIDEO INPUT"/BUFFERING?

Go to the front menu in the app, click the gear and "Refresh".

Still Showing "No Video Input"/Buffering Issues?

If the above did not fix it, please go to here to check your internet speed and ensure your download speed is at least 40 Mbps

Although some customers have no issues with as little as 8 Mbps, you may run into buffering and/or No Video Input if your download speeds are under the 40 Mbps recommendation.  

App Keeps Disappearing from Fire Stick - HOW TO SAVE THE APP TO YOUR HOMEPAGE

Firestick (Android Boxes are similar)

  1. From your home screen, make sure you are in the "Your Apps & Channels" row
  2. Scroll all the way to the right and select "SEE ALL"
  3. Find the App and press Options on your remote to select "Pin to Front"

Shows or Movies Buffering?

Try 1: Refresh channels and movies: Live TV > click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner > Select "Refresh Channels, Movies, and Series"

Try 2: Restart app

Try 3: Ensure your internet speed is at least 40 Mbps on cable/DSL internet - and at least 15 Mbps on fiber internet
